Wow...you guys and gals really love great beer! The response from the local community has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you everyone for supporting us from the beginning and keep up the great work on informing your local bars/restaurants of our presence and flavorful beers. We’ve even had a great response from the national community thanks to the writings of James Fallows (Atlantic Monthly) and Nathan Ferguson (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association). Thanks guys! Now for a few fun updates.

Hangar 24 Plays Ball.

Amongst our new draft accounts, which can be found HERE, are the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and the San Bernardino 66ers minor leage baseball stadiums. We attended games at both of these stadiums recently and if you haven’t been, I highly recommend it. Minor league baseball is pure fun. The hilarious mascots, fireworks shows, athletes giving their all to make it to the top, and of course, some outstanding local beer! Photo of friends, family and I with "Tremor," the Quakes Mascot on opening day.

It feels o’ so good!

Stop thinking about whatever it is your thinking and answer me this; what do charities and craft beer have in common? The title says it all, they make you feel good! Hangar 24 has been honored to be apart of some outstanding events which donate all of the proceedings to charity. Most notably we were a part of the Redlands Sunrise Rotary Crab n’ Jazz Festival and Citrograph’s Vintage Redlands (a walking wine tour where we were the only brewery!). Photo’s of these events and many others can be found on our MySpace HERE. Pictured below are some happy folks because their glasses are empty of evil and full of pure goodness!

Cycling your way to happiness.

Cyclists are healthy individuals and never drink beer. Period. Ok, ok, let me makes a minor correction and rephrase. Cyclists are healthy individuals and drink tons of beer! Haha. Redlands has one of the best cycling cultures in the states and we have been fortunate to be a part of it. Hangar 24 was the exclusive beer sponsor of the Redlands Bicycle Classic VIP Tent. Also, Bo King started the “Growler Refill Ride,” which is a 7 mile ride to Hangar 24 to fill your Growler! If there was EVER a reason to get in shape, this is it! Anyone with a bike of any kind is welcome to show up to Stell’s in Redlands every Thursday at 6 PM. Click HERE to see the flyer for the ride. Closing notes.

Thank all of you once again for the continued support and visit us on our website www.hangar24brewery.com and on our MySpace www.myspace.com/hangar24brewery for updates and postings for upcoming events, such as the Redlands Airshow featuring the Hangar 24 Beer Garden. Cheers!
