Coming Soon Issue!
Coming Really Soon - Polycot Release Party 8-12-09
Polycot is back! Hangar 24 will be hosting a release party on Wednesday, 08/12/09 beginning at 4 PM. We again handpicked apricots from our friends Paul and Chandra Sowell’s orchard in Banning, CA and hand pitted them the day of the brew. The beer has finished maturation and clocks in at 7.05% ABV. Mighty tasty, so come on by during normal tasting hours and there might be some BBQ available as well. This is an extremely limited release so kegs will not be available for sale, but Growler Fills and Pints will be.
Coming Soon - Cask Conditioned Beer Night
Hangar 24 is in the process of developing recipes and setting up equipment to serve traditional cask conditioned beers. What is cask or real ale? Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is the term for unfiltered and unpasteurised beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure. Cask ale may also be referred to as real ale, a term coined by the Campaign for Real Ale, often now extended to cover bottle-conditioned beer as well. Stayed tuned for updates.
Coming Relatively Soon - Another Expansion and More Beers
To keep up with ever growing demand Hangar 24 Beers we are in the beginning stages of adding an additional 50% onto our square footage. With this new square footage and new tanks, it should free up space to brew a greater variety of experimental and seasonal beers. Recipes utilizing new and local ingredients have already been underway for the past month or so. If you’re lucky, you may catch one on tap at the brewery for about 10 minutes because our pilot brewery is only a 10 gallon system.
Cheers! |
