06/03/10: The Hangar 24 Craft Brewery’s 2nd Anniversary Celebration is fast approaching! The event will be held Saturday, June 5th from 12 PM to 7 PM. There are many things that will be different from last year’s party to make the event even better. Johnny's Tacos & Sports, Mikan, Chili's Grill & Bar and Romano's Italian Restaurant have all confirmed they will be providing amazing food to enjoy. We will have several new beers on tap (to be announced), some of which will only be offered that day and never again! Larger area, shuttle service from your car, more volunteers, special 2nd Anniversary glassware, live performances by Big Papa and the TCB followed by the extremely talented Kelly McGuire and guided tours. All proceeds will benefit the Redlands Optimist Club. We’ll provide greater detail as things progress.

04/21/10: Burgers, Brew & a Film @ Hangar 24! Does the idea of spending a Thursday night enjoying an outdoor movie while eating amazing food and drinking excellent beer sound good to you? (If it doesn’t, I would check your pulse!) Join the Riverside Community College Culinary Club at Hangar 24 on Thursday, April 22nd for just that. We will be viewing the film Ingredients, a new documentary highlighting the local and slow foods movement. Culinary students will be on hand cooking up some gourmet sliders which the H24 staff has masterfully paired with their brews. There may even be a special beer-themed dessert on hand made with Chocolate Porter.
Tickets cost $15 and can be purchased at Hangar 24 or over the phone (909-389-1400). Each ticket includes: 3 sliders paired with 3 H24 beers, dessert and admittance to the exclusive outdoor viewing area. Tickets are limited to 200 attendees, so get them while they last!
The movie will be showing in the Hangar 24 “Back Yard” lawn. Attendees should plan on bringing blankets or lawn chairs as our seating is limited.
All proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Riverside Community College Culinary Club.

We will be offering FOUR Cask Beers: Orange Wheat with Pineapple and Mango, Alt-Bier with French Oak, Pale Ale Dry-Hopped with Simcoe, and Porter with Fresh Vanilla Bean and Raw Cocoa Nibs.

11/05/09: 2nd Test Cask Friday Night Tonoght! We dry hopped our IPA at over a pound per barrel with Simcoe Hops. Local (Less than a mile from the brewery) Clover Honey was used for refermentation and carbonation. Cask will be tapped at 5 PM sharp!

10/30/09: 1st Hangar 24 Test Cask Night Pictures now available in the photo gallery!
10/29/09: 1st H24 Test Cask Available tonight! Cask will be tapped at 5PM sharp and will be available for less than 24 hours. We took our Pale Ale and dry hopped it way more than normal with Simcoe Hops instead of Amarillo Hops which we normally dry hop the Pale Ale with. We added local Orange Blossom Honey to the cask to give more sugar for the yeast to turn into CO2 for this beers carbonation. Come get some!
10/05/09: Hangar 24 Halloween Party! This will be the Halloween Event not to miss. Last year we had a minimalist party, but we decided to go the other direction with this year’s party. This all inclusive event will feature professional lighting, décor, live entertainment/DJ, full catering via The Farm Artisan Foods and of course Hangar 24 Craft Beer. Go HERE for more information.

08/07/09: Polycot Release Party Coming Soon! Polycot is back! Hangar 24 will be hosting a release party on Wednesday, 08/12/09 during normal tasting hours. We again handpicked apricots from our friends Paul and Chandra Sowell’s orchard in Banning, CA and hand pitted them the day of the brew. The beer has finished maturation and clocks in at 7.05% ABV. Mighty tasty…so come on by during normal tasting hours and there might be some BBQ available as well. This is an extremely limited release so kegs will not be available for sale, but Growler Fills and Pints will be.

06/24/09: NEW Summer Tasting Hours (Again :) ): Hangar 24 will be open an additional hour during the Summer months on Thursdays and Fridays. The new hours are as folows:
Sunday - Tuesday 11AM - 6PM
Wednesday - Saturday 11AM - 9PM

02/26/09: Hangar 24 Craft Brewery, Farm Artisan Foods, and The Humidor Cigar Lounge join up for a Beer, Food and Cigar Pairing on 03/02/09. Roberto from The Farm in Redlands has paired some of his amazing dishes with all of Hangar 24's Craft Beers and Tim from The Humidor in Redlands has paired a few of his best cigars to that pairing.
